Getting Started Creating Your Account

Welcome! Setting up your new account takes just a few minutes. This guide will walk you through the three main phases of onboarding: creating your login credentials, verifying your email address, and setting up your initial billing profile.

Step-by-Step Registration

Follow these steps to create your account and get started.

    Fill out the registration form

    Navigate to the registration page and provide your basic information.

    AliasYour unique username on the platform.Minimum 4 characters. Lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens (-), and underscores (_) only.

    Don't worry if you accidentally type spaces or uppercase letters in your Alias—the system will automatically format it to lowercase and remove any spaces for you.
    Once you have filled out all the fields, click Create Account.

    Verify your email address

    To keep your account secure, we need to verify your email address.

    1. Check your inbox for an email from us containing a one-time verification code.

    2. Enter the code into the Verification Code field on your screen.

    3. Click Verify & Continue (or just press Enter).

    Keep the verification window open while you check your email. If you close the window, you may need to restart the registration process.

    Complete your billing profile

    After successfully verifying your email, you will be prompted to set up your billing profile. This ensures your account is fully activated and ready for use.
    You will need to provide:

    • Billing Email: Where your invoices and receipts will be sent (can be the same as your login email).

    • Billing Name: The name or company name to appear on invoices.

    • Billing Address: Your physical or corporate address.
      Fill out the required details and submit the form to complete your setup.

Troubleshooting

Having trouble getting set up? Here are a few common issues and how to resolve them.

Error: Email or alias already in use

This means another user has already registered with either the email address or the alias you chose. Try picking a different, unique alias. If you believe you already have an account under this email, try returning to the login screen and resetting your password.

I didn't receive my verification code

Verification emails usually arrive within a minute. If you don't see it:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.

  • Ensure you entered your email address correctly on the previous screen.

  • If you still haven't received it after 5 minutes, click Cancel to restart the registration process and double-check your email address.

Error: Alias must be at least 4 characters

Your chosen username is too short. Please choose an alias that is 4 characters or longer. Remember that spaces are automatically removed, so "a b c" will be shortened to "abc" and rejected.
